Our Story

A dining room built like a court — kept the same way for nearly five decades.

Since the beginning

A dining room built like a court

Cherry & Crown opened its doors as a single royal-blue dining hall, built for guests who wanted their evening to feel like an occasion, not an errand.

Every recipe here is still written by hand, and every plate still carries the deep cherry-red glaze the house is known for. We keep the lighting low, the velvet heavy, and the service unhurried.

Words from the Crown's Table

"The kind of restaurant where time seems to slow down. Every dish tasted like it had a story behind it."— Ananya R., Food Critic
"Sixty years of practice on a single plate. The mutton curry alone is worth the visit."— Rajeev M., Regular Guest
"Warm, unhurried, and unapologetically classic. A rare thing in the city today."— Priya S., Travel Writer
